Shipping & Returns
We currently offer free shipping and returns on all orders to residential and commercial addresses within the Contiguous U.S. Our free shipping & returns promotion is a limited time offer and may be canceled or changed at any time.
Orders will be processed for shipment within 1-4 business days of receiving, not including weekends or holidays.
- You will receive shipping and tracking information once your order ships.
- Only full priced items are eligible for free return shipping.
Orders must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
To qualify for a refund, merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging and have all tags attached.
Sale merchandise and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchange.
- Non-returnable items: All accessories including pacifiers, socks, tights, hair bows + headbands, bibs, burp cloths, bracelets, and necklaces. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for swimwear.
Lost or stolen packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to be at the shipping location at the time of delivery. If a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout and has been lost or stolen, we will assist you in trying to locate the package. We cannot be responsible for replacing the lost or stolen items at no charge.
USPS International shipping options are available at checkout. Customers assume all costs associated with declaration value in accordance with their countries duties and tariff costs. All customs duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Wild Ivy cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an order is returned to us we will refund the order less any shipping costs, unpaid taxes, and/or duties.
We do not offer free international shipping or returns at this time.
