HOLIDAY SHIPPING UPDATE:
USPS, UPS & Fed-ex are expecting a number of delays this Holiday season. Please be patient with all orders as delays are expected and will most likely accure. Wild Ivy cannot be held responsible for late arrivals. Shipping times and arrival dates are an estimate only and not guaranteed.
Orders will be processed for shipment within 1-4 business days of receiving, not including weekends or holidays.

- Orders are shipping during business hours from Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays.
- Only full priced items are eligible for free return shipping.
Orders must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
To qualify for a refund, merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging and have all tags attached.
Sale merchandise and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchange.
- Non-returnable items: All accessories including pacifiers, socks, tights, hair bows + headbands, bibs, burp cloths, bracelets, and necklaces. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for swimwear.

Lost or stolen packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to be at the shipping location at the time of delivery. If a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout and has been lost or stolen, we will assist you in trying to locate the package. We cannot be responsible for replacing the lost or stolen items at no charge.
