Return Policy
  • We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging and have all tags attached.

  • We offer free returns on full priced items. Shipping fees on discounted items are the customers responsibility. 
  • Pre-paid shipping labels are available upon request. The cost of return shipping is $5.00
  • All items purchased at a discounted price of 15% or greater are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All clearance/sale items are final sale. 
  • Swimwear returns: All swimwear must have hygienic liner still attached to qualify for a refund.
  • Non-returnable items: All gift cards, accessories including pacifiers, socks, tights, hair bows & headbands, bibs, burp cloths, sunglasses, bracelets, and necklaces. 
Free Shipping
We currently offer free shipping on orders over $25 to residential and commercial addresses within the Contiguous U.S. Our free shipping option is first class mail and does not include shipping insurance. Priority and express shipping options available at checkout.
We are currently offering free shipping on International orders over $249. This will include USPS First Class Shipping. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: Wild Ivy cannot be held responsible for late arrivals. Shipping times and arrival dates are an estimate only and not guaranteed.
Orders will be processed for shipment within 1-4 business days of receiving, not including weekends or holidays.
You will receive shipping and tracking information once your order ships.
 
Lost or stolen packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to be at the shipping location at the time of delivery. If a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout and has been lost or stolen, we will assist you in trying to locate the package. We cannot be responsible for replacing the lost or stolen items at no charge. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and under no circumstance can they be refunded.
 
Defective/Broken Products
If a customer believes a garment or product to be defective, all issues must be reported back to Wild Ivy within 30 days of recieving an item. All items must be in their new/unworn condition. Items washed, used, and worn are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Standard wear and tear from regular use are not elible for return or exchange.
 
We now offer Route! (A visual package tracking/protection service)
  • Route allows you to connect to everything you’ve ordered, so you can visually track your packages, anytime, anywhere! 
  • Add  Route package protection at checkout and rest assured you’ll be covered in case your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. 
  • If something went wrong with your protected order, you can report an issue by filing a claim here. Or download the Route App to easily resolve shipping issues on any protected order.
      International Shipping
      We are currently offering Free International Shipping on orders over $249. This free shipping option will include USPS First Class Mail only. We have more International shipping options available at checkout. *Please be aware that delays may occur due to customs. International orders can often take a few weeks, even up to a couple of months to arrive depending on your location. Customers assume all costs associated with declaration value in accordance with their countries duties and tariff costs. All customs duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. *Wild Ivy cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages! If an order is returned to us we will refund the order less any shipping costs, unpaid taxes, and/or duties.
