- We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items discounted at 15% off or greater are final sale.
- We offer free returns on full priced items only. Shipping fees on discounted items are the customers responsibility.
- Pre-paid shipping labels are available upon request. The cost of return shipping is $5.00
- To qualify for a refund, merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging and have all tags attached.
- All clearance/sale items are final sale.
- Swimwear returns: All swimwear must have hygienic liner still attached to qualify for a refund/exchange.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, accessories including pacifiers, teething toys, socks, tights, hair bows & headbands, bibs, dinnerware, feeders, burp cloths, sunglasses, bracelets, and necklaces.
We currently offer free shipping on all orders $50+ to residential and commercial addresses within the Contiguous U.S. Our free shipping option is first class mail and does not include shipping insurance. Priority and express shipping options available at checkout.
Orders will be processed for shipment within 1-4 business days after receiving, not including weekends or holidays. You will receive shipping and tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. Shipping dates are approximate and are subject to change during sales, holidays, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: Wild Ivy cannot be held responsible for late arrivals. Shipping times and arrival dates are an estimate only and not guaranteed.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: Express shipping options are available at checkout. All orders, including express have a 1-4 day processing time and are an estimate only.
Lost or stolen packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to be at the shipping location at the time of delivery. If a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout and has been lost or stolen, we will assist you in trying to locate the package. We cannot be responsible for replacing the lost or stolen items at no charge. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and under no circumstance can they be refunded. If an order is returned to us we will refund the order less any shipping costs.
If a customer believes a garment or product to be defective, all issues must be reported back to Wild Ivy within 30 days of recieving an item. All items must be in their new/unworn condition. Items washed, used, and worn are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Standard wear and tear from regular use are not elible for return or exchange.
International shipping options are avaialble at checkout.
We are currently offering Free International Shipping on orders over $249+. This free shipping option will include USPS First Class Mail only.
